Patient Care Pharmacy works with HME companies supplying unit dose respiratory medication delivered right to the patients home via UPS. This makes the HME company seem like a ONE-STOP-SHOP to their referral sources.
Patients are contacted on a monthly basis through our 'Outcome Disease Management' program to check on utilization, problems, concerns and future reorders. This information is sent back to the HME company through four (4) separate reports.
Our pharmacy complex is located in Gulfport, MS and we are a national provider shipping in all four regions. We meet all city, state, federal and Medicare guidelines. Upon accreditation Patient Care Pharmacy, Inc scored in the top 2%.
